Babeth Coaching & Consulting supports individuals, teams, and organizations in their change dynamics, both on a personal and collective scale.

Founded in January 2023, the firm specializes in individual, group, and organizational coaching, as well as consulting on compliance issues, particularly related to GDPR. Each intervention follows a rigorous methodology, tailored to the specific professional context, and focused on delivering measurable results.

The consulting services are organized into targeted packages – audits, compliance, organization, GDPR, digital sovereignty – especially relevant for small businesses (SMEs).

The coaching offeris designed to effectively support both individual and collective transformations. Two flagship packages are available: an express package with three individual sessions, and an intensive program of 20 hours over five consecutive half-days, addressing the strategic challenges of decision-makers and organizations.
Coaching is also leveraged as a tool for anchoring the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), supporting ethical, inclusive, and sustainable practices.

With the rigor of its approaches and the relevance of its interventions, Babeth Coaching & Consulting positions itself as a committed player in professional support, both in France and internationally.

An experienced entrepreneur, Mireille Cauvin founded the Single-Person Simplified Joint Stock Company Babeth Management in 2023 (also trading as Babeth Coaching & Consulting), specializing in individual, team, and organizational coaching, as well as consulting in personal data protection, notably in compliance with the GDPR.

With 30 years of experience in management, project leadership, risk management, security, and compliance, she has worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, holding key roles such as Data Protection Officer (DPO), Project Owner (PO), and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing officer. She has also served as a member of the board of companies, which has further strengthened her strategic perspective on organizational challenges.

Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), she is committed to the long-term integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into professional practices. Her approach is based on a structured process that emphasizes ethics and confidentiality.

She holds an Executive Master’s in Coaching and Management (University Paris Dauphine-PSL), a Master's degree in Finance (University Paris-Sorbonne Business School), and a Bachelor's degree in IT Project Management (University Paris X Nanterre).

En complément de son parcours professionnel, Mireille Cauvin s’engage depuis de nombreuses années dans l’accompagnement bénévole de personnes en difficulté. Elle est également l’auteure d’une collection de livrets sur le développement professionnel or personnel disponibles en français et en anglais sous la marque Babeth COACHING®.

She operates internationally, in both French and English.
