THE COACH

With 30 years of experience in management, project management, risk and compliance responsibility, as well as in her role as a company director, Mireille Cauvin has worked across various public, private, and non-profit sectors.

Holder of an Executive Master in Coaching and Management (University Paris Dauphine-PSL), a Master's degree in Finance (University Paris-Sorbonne Business School), and a Bachelor's degree in IT Project Management (University Paris X Nanterre), she offers bespoke coaching. Her approach ensures the rigor of the process, adhering to best practices and confidentiality.

Mireille Cauvin has also worked as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), providing her expertise in GDPR compliance. Furthermore, she volunteers with individuals facing professional or social challenges. She is the author of booklets on various personal and professional development topics, published under the Babeth COACHING®. brand.

Passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the challenges of sustainable development, she works towards the integration of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into professional practices, thereby contributing to an ethical and responsible approach.

l’organisation. Son objectif premier réside dans la facilitation de l’émergence des solutions propres au coaché pour surmonter les défis
spécifiques rencontrés sur le lieu de travail. Ce processus repose sur un feedback précis et immédiat délivré par le coach. Cette approche
